I visited 4 bridal shops in total, Stately Brides was where I said yes to the dress and without a doubt my favourite experience of them all. Leanne is so bubbly and full of enthusiasm, she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She had a lovely variety of dresses at reasonable prices and wasn't the slightest bit pushy for a sale. She was so creative giving me ideas of slight alterations to my dress to make it unique for me and also reccomended a fab local seamstress! I cannot reccomend Leanne and Stately Brides enough! Xx

Such a fantastic experience here! She has beautiful and reasonably priced dresses and is such a sweetheart, got mine at a steal of a price and felt like I was actually glowing! She really considers what you want and made me feel so special highly recommend
I would like to give Stately Brides a 5* review for customer service. Shopping for a wedding dress can be a daunting experience but Leanne at Stately Brides put me at ease as soon as we walked through the door. She had a lovely shop and a beautiful selection of dresses. She was upbeat and bubbly and she listened to my requirements before helping me to pick out dresses. Leanne was informative and offered advice without being pushy. My only slight criticism was that the shop does not allow pictures to be taken of the “bride to be” trying on gowns – I would have found it helpful to do this so I could compare dresses I saw in this shop to dresses I found elsewhere. Each shop has their own policy on this and I respect that – especially as I can understand the fear of just “window shopping” for dresses found elsewhere or online when you are a small independent business. This is small point certainly does not diminish the 5* review. Despite not finding “The One” at Stately Brides I was so impressed with Leanne’s demeanour and wonderful customer service that I wanted to leave a positive review. I would recommend this shop to any bride to be based on the excellent customer service I received during my appointment.
From the moment I first made contact with Leanne at Stately Brides, I received a very friendly and professional service! The boutique is beautiful, the selection of dresses are stunning and Leanne made me feel very at ease during my appointment. She has lots of experience and knows exactly what works well together, I also found her prices to be very reasonable. If you are looking for a first class service I would highly recommend Stately Brides, I found my dream wedding dress here and I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!!!

Fabulous bridal shop and even better customer service! The dresses are beautiful & Leanne is such a pleasure to both work along side as a fellow wedding supplier and to visit as a bride to be. She made me feel totally at ease and relaxed about the whole process of finding my gown!
