Bembridge Sailing Club is located in Bembridge, United Kingdom on Embankment Rd. Bembridge Sailing Club is rated 4.3 out of 5 in the category sailing club in United Kingdom. Bembridge Sailing Club has a rich history as one of the oldest sailing clubs in the United Kingdom, founded in 1886. Situated in Bembridge Harbour on the eastern end of the Isle of Wight and Solent approaches, the Club is supported by a membership base of some 1,300. The Club is active year-round, with a particularly vibrant summer season. We support three keelboat classes as well as a large dinghy fleet, and also members’ powerboat interests. We support an active social programme of formal and informal dinners, talks, parties and dances throughout the year, and an important training programme focused on developing young sailors’ sailing and racing capabilities. The Club continues to invest in the development of its harbourside clubhouse and facilities to support a high standard of yachting and social activities.

Great place to stop for lunch, great fresh seafood sandwiches (crab, shrimp etc..) lobster with beer, wine, soft drinks, tea ,coffee etc.. Eat outside with great views of sailing boats on the estuary. Nice place to chill and relax as well as take in the water views!! Would go back anytime!!

Ordered food and drinks which took an hour and a half only to find there were four people behind the bar, and they didn't have our food order because they claimed they lost it, which we found out because we had to leave for a ferry crossing, but the spot was lovely just have to be prepared for a long wait.

Beautiful position, but the service was so slow we had to leave before we even got our drinks (more than an hour after we'd ordered). They could not find our food order, and were not apologetic. If you've got lots of time, and don't mind waiting, it's outlook is wonderful to while away the hours, but if you've only got an hour and a half (or you're thirsty!) beware
