We first asked Ben to do a job for us last year and we were so impressed with his workmanship, helpfulness and cost that we decided there and then that any future work we would give him first refusal on. Well, we had reason to call him out again that year on an entirely unrelated to his first works problem. Again, Ben did the job without any fuss or reason to make the job a bigger deal than it was. Ben is the genuine article. He is amiable, honest and skilled. Our consumer unit was way over due to be replaced so we called Ben back to do the job he had quoted on his last visit. There was no question that it needed doing, we were getting lots of tripping problems, often coming home to a cold and dark house. We called Ben to do the job and were surprised and grateful that the price he had quoted 8 months prior still stood. He turned up on time as he always has and got straight on with the work. 160 minutes later and we had a brand new consumer unit with all new MCB's. Ben can be trusted 100%. His work is very neat, and he certainly knows what he is talking about. Please, give Ben ago. You won't be disappointed. Honest, skilled people such as Ben are a rare breed.

Ben was amazing when we had an issue with a light fitting. We found ourselves with no electricity and live wires poking out the ceiling. After calling Ben for help, he came out to us straight away (on a Saturday), and fitted the new light for us.
