All design activities are fully in accordance with the relevant National / EU and international Standards. Pressure Vessels can be designed to PD5500, ASME "U"​ or relevant international standards. Bendalls machining capability includes Fourth Axis, Wire Erosion, Turning, Milling and Grinding in carbon steel, stainless steel and nickel alloys. Bendalls QA staff are qualified to analyse weld joints, materials and process plant using the latest Radiographic (X-Ray and Gamma), Ultrasonic, MPI, DPI and PMI techniques all with their own calibrated equipment. Bendalls also have their own separate NRPB approved radiography building which gives them the unique capability of being able to conduct radiography of welded joints without disturbing the manufacturing process. All our products are supplied with a fully integrated documentation pack including purchased materials, design, manufacture, inspection and QA.
