I am extremely delighted to leave a positive review for this company I have searched nearly everywhere for some hook bolts but I could not find them in stock not even at big companies like Travis Perkins I had a look online and I found A&J Fasteners.I called them and the guy on the phone was extremely helpful and told me they have them in stock. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size and I called A&J Fasteners to ask if they can help me with the correct size. They found them for me and they called me when they had them in stock. On my way to collect my items I called them to let them know I’ll be there after closing time and they waited for me. I really appreciate theirs help and I highly recommend this company if you want to deal with very professional and helpful people Thank you for your help and keep up with your great services.

I went in there today after a recommendation from a neighbour. I only want two items not exactly a big order, the guy could not have been more helpful, he knows his trade and gave good advice and even wrote down what size drills I would need to do the job. The place is full of fixings of every description.
