I ordered a TV for my daughter on the 27th of January.. when opening it my daughter ripped the packaging but we noticed that there was a crack and sent the proof via email... I was told that it wouldn’t be picked up if there was no box for the TV and that I should find it or buy one. I managed to persuade them that this was not fair and just during a pandemic, especially as I had gone to the local Morrison’s to find one but couldn’t. Eventually after 2 days of emails we arranged for the replacement of the smashed tv with a new one, and for me to put the damaged tv in the box that would be spare from the new TV, and I was told that this was an act of “good will”. However, after I opened the new TV I found that that too was smashed. After talking with them on the phone they have now told me that I am a box short and cannot get a refund for a TV I saved up months for for my daughter unless I find a box. The emotional stress you’ve put me and her through is unacceptable! The fact that you think it’s ok to deliver 2 smashed TVs then tell me I can’t get a refund because my daughter ripped one of the boxes is unacceptable! You have no ethics in your vile efforts to scrounge people out of their money and I think as a company you should be ashamed at how you’ve handled this situation. I wish I’d never set eyes on the name and will be telling everyone to stay clear of this waste of time, energy and money you call a company!

Popped in there to buy some kitchen appliances and the staff were very friendly. They answered all our questions and we able to make a decision as to what we needed. Prices are very competitive and we will definately be returning if more appliances are needed!
