Friendly, professional, punctual and honest. My key would not work properly in the porch door, I contacted KAT Benfleet. They attended as arranged and serviced the lock, it was jammed with old grease, after which it worked perfectly. I paid only the callout charge, which was very honest, had I'd been told a new lock was required I would have known no difference. Thanks KAT, I can recommend without hesitation.

Great customer service! Needed a new set of car keys. A lot of places didn’t seem to quite have the fix, this place got the keys ordered in. Once arrived it was then installed in about an hour! Jay was very helpful and friendly. Very happy customer.
I was in the area & side door deadlock on my van wouldn't open. Jay got it open with no charge. Would have got in him to replace the deadlock but as I'm only working in the area today, I didn't have time. Excellent service, highly recommend
