Awful customer service. My mother who has been using this company years bought an Indesit washing machine which was tripping the electricity. Indesit don't have the best track record with machines catching fire. It is six months old under warranty and Bentley walker don't want to know. Apparently we have to contact Indesit. Absolutely shocking attitude Will never be using this shop again. Avoid at all costs

Not enough staff to serve We stood waiting to be served for iver 20mins and we were not even acknowledged that we were In the shop. So went elsewhere to spend 250 They lost a sale
