Our 15 year old conservatory was leaking and we contacted a few companies. Berkshire Conservatories offered to come out the next day to assess what the issue was. They were friendly and professional, clear about what the issue most likely was, but also what they might find when they came to do the repair. They offered several options for repair and provided us with written quotes. When we chose the option to follow we agreed a date to suit us all. On the day of the work they arrived promptly, worked safely and were courteous at all times. The conservatory probably looks better now than it ever has. A few days after the work was completed they called me to check I was happy and that everything was correctly repaired. I am so impressed and highly recommend them.
From quote to completion the Berkshire Conservatories team were professional, friendly, helpful and timely. They ensured every task was completed to the highest standard and their communication at each step was outstanding. I love my new windows and my extended kitchen diner, and have already booked them for another job!
They came round and did my great nans. Dealt with her properly. Polite and respectful. I stuck around a few times to make sure they were doing what they said they were and i cant fault them. Good work lads
