Buying a house itself can be a challenging process, especially for first time buyers, but buying a house during a pandemic can be really stressful. Not with Bernard Skinner! Steven at Bernard Skinner has worked on the opposite side of a personal property transaction in a difficult chain which took longer than expect. He was very helpful in ensuring the process progressed (despite me not even being his client), particularly as my own estate agent was completely inept (an online estate agent).
