Rundown and run poorly. A lot of the building and site is in disrepair despite residents paying a substantial rent to the 'co-op'. Intolerant of travellers and people who live in vehicles. They advertise a social community of fun, fires, family and parties but truth and ideals of this 'cooperative' are far from this. Not worth putting any time in here it is not appreciated or reciprocated! What potential this place had...

They advertise themselves as a thriving community, however the opposite is true. A struggling, decrepit, millstone inhabited by ideologically driven control freaks. What a wasted opportunity. Do not be persuaded by their \idyllic\ pictures, this place is a nightmare to live in. These people are heartless, disingenuous and utterly cultureless, no music, no art, no life, no love.....
This place is not to be recommended . The positive reviews are very out of date .
They discriminate against the medically exempt!!!!
Spent some of the happiest months of my life here. Fabulous people. Beautiful countryside. Great vegetables. Need I say more!
