I had to take my dog up to Berwick Galedin with her sore paw. I don't drive, so was able to sit in gazebo, as it was raining. Vet came out, whisked her away, and brought her back to me quickly with her meds. Paid over the phone when I got home. Quick, easy and painless.

Sad experience i had here. I lost my best friend but the staff who dealt with my little pup were amazing. Very happy with the service. Thank you to all the staff

Vets themselves are lovely. But the business is just that. A business. It isn't for the welfare of the animals. Been let down on a few occasions. More interested in getting as much money as possible, even to the detriment of the animals welfare. They've bought up nearly every small practice in the area and think they have the monopoly now....and charge the earth for very little. Would never go back!

The woman that was working on the phone today (15/12/20) had a disgusting attitude. Trying to accuse us of lying about money we have/don’t have. Insulting our intelligence when she showed a sever lack of it herself. She either needs to be reprimanded or sacked, she should be ashamed. She also seems to think mental health is not a serious matter and on top of that, when we agreed to pay the disgraceful price of some ear drops and vaccinations, she declined outright.

I was there yesterday with my dog the vet was excellent with her and friendly staff. The only problem I have is I don't drive so had extra cost of taxi on top of my bill. Supposed to go back next week will see how she is as another consultation puts me off.
