Beautiful part of the world, though can get a bit blustery at times. Be aware of tide times when visiting or you could stay longer than intended. Plenty of choice in the Heritage Centre when it comes to Lindisfarne's famous mead.

What a truly wonderful Heritage Centre. Such fascinating History! Very informative, interactive and great fun for children too! The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly! The shop is amazing, full of beautiful gifts to take home for family and friends too.
