I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. They are very quick to respond and have a first class service. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable. Kept to covid rules, fitters had their masks on and kept a safe distance at all times.

Left a request via the website, was contacted back within 24 hours gave them some details of a blown door panel again came back to me within 24 hours with a price subject to survey. Survey was completed quickly in a COVID safe manner. Was informed there might be a delay due to the crisis in the supply of the panel so I was surprised to receive a call after only three weeks asking if the team could turn up the next day to complete the panel replacement. They turned up as promised job was completed within 15mins again in a safe manner. Even received a call to check I was happy the same day. Very happy with the service all the way through the process thanks to Abigail.

Excellent job done on our 2 front windows. The lads had the job done in no time!! No mess left whatsoever,you wouldn't have known anyone had been! All staff who we seen/were contacted by were so friendly and helpful. All covid procedures were put in place also. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks Suzanne.

Great service, our house is 4 years old so relatively new windows, since we've moved in we have had ongoing issues with leaks and unable to get in touch with original supplier. Northumberland glass came to our rescue and fixed all our problems in a morning! Fitters very friendly and approachable. Was able to come to our house within the week of us getting in touch with them, very impressed.
