My laddie was waiting for x15 to purdy lodge for work and drove straight past him at barley rise he came back to house phoned other cab firms not interested or to busy but for this cab firm picks him up with in 5_10 minutes after phone call very polite on phone spot on would use again thanks again for the prompt response and service
DO NOT USE this taxi firm. Left standing in the rain for 20 minuets with 3 young children when he said he would be there in 10 minutes. Didn’t turn up at all and lied about turning up when I rang for an explanation. 100% didn’t show up as I was stood waiting the whole time. Woodys taxis to the rescue an got us home. Thank you to Woody. Wouldn’t have minded if the taxi hadn’t showed up an was honest about it but to lie is unacceptable. Avoid using this company!
