Ordered a shower plus enclosure,toilet,vanity unit,radiator and accessories. Had to wait for all order to be available before delivery. Some items went out of stock before all items available,further wait. On delivery 1 item missing, 1 damaged and 1 poor quality. All replaced no problem. Found shower base to be faulty after few days, am living with it! Can,t be bothered waiting for replacement. Will use local supplier next time.

Would not recommend Better Bathrooms. Purchased a bathroom suite last year. Very quickly the lacquer began to peel off the basin. Emailed BB; got no response after two weeks waiting. Finally called; they found my email but couldn't explain how they lost it. They did send me a new unit but I'll have to pay to get it installed. No apology or admission of fault from BB. Even worse - the flimsy plastic toilet seat has been getting loose. Saw no way to tighten or replace it. Called BB to be told that the pan has to be unscrewed from the floor; they recommended calling a plumber. Dumfounded! Why would a bathroom manufacturer design a toilet that has to be unscrewed from the floor to tighten the screws on the seat? My plumber charges 60 a hour; can't wait to tell him about this job. Would love an explanation from BB.
Very knowledgeable helpful staff at Wigan branch. Excellent help in planning our bathroom, nothing to much trouble. Felt they were offering us the best quality for our money, Thanks..
Good service when you are ordering but not so much if you need to cancel. Unfortunately I had to cancel - I mailed them and had no response so mailed again with no response. Then had a call from the courier to say they wanted to deliver. I phoned BetterBathrooms and spoke to someone who informed me that they would cancel the order - that was ten days ago and since I have still had the courier on the phone and no refund. I have mailed again today and will call them later - am reluctant to keep calling as each time I have rung I have been holding for 18 minutes then I get cut off - seems after the third time I always get through! Would have ordered my replacement bathroom from them as good value but definitely not now!
We purchased a walnut bathroom cabinet from better bathrooms and what a nightmare that turned out to be. When we got the cabinet home we opened the box and the cabinet was broken - we rang their customer services straightaway and they said they would check their CCTV to check we had not broken it!!!!! They never got back to us. We went to the warehouse the next day and basically was told Tough!!! you can't have an exchange and basically called my husband a liar. The customer service was terrible they were totally rude and unhelpful. I would warn anyone to think twice before purchasing anything from Better Bathrooms, the quality of products is poor and their aftersales service is non existent!!!!!
Extremely poor view of this company. We ordered tiles from their Warrington depot. We went to Leigh to collect them. Kept waiting for 1/2 when I asked how long we would have to wait I was told that they had a problem. We had ordered 23 border tiles which we were told were in stock. This was not case they only had 21. Decided to take these as we had tiler coming following day. Tiler said that 21 not enough. Tried to return to Warrington store but Oh No you can't do that Sir you have to traipse all the way over to Leigh. How has this company won any awards -very poor service
First time I have ever written a review, but just want any new purchaser from BB to check ALL their delivery within the first 5 days of receipt. I ordered a complete shower, toilet, taps & large amount of tiles. I was kept informed of 'order being picked' 'order being despatched' etc... there was a bit of confusion over which carrier was deliverinig the items & one palet was 'lost' for a day or so... but eventually everything arrived with a week to 10 days. As a single mother, I was not able to open all packages in front of the delivery driver, but checked what I could for damages. I then received an email from BB to say I must report any damages within 5 days of delivery. I managed to get my builder to help me check over all contents. He seemed happy that all was ok. The only thing we didn't inspect was the shower enclosure as it was very well packed up & packaging undamaged. Some 3 weeks later, my builder came to tile & fit the bathroom. On unpacking the shower enclosure today, 1 side of an enclosure is badly damaged at both ends... it must have been badly dropped BEFORE being packaged up, as all the packaging was in tact & the enclosure well protected. I am not even going to start to complain or contact BB, as its too much hassle & I know I won't get anywhere! the builder has tried to 'straighten out' the bent frame as best he can. But please beware to CHECK ALL CONTENTS on delivery... before the driver disappears. on the whole, the tiles, toilet & taps I am pleased with and the price has been very good, especially since I am on a budget.
They sent a faulty tap that leaked and when i reported this to there customer services they were rude and spoke over me and would not listen to what was wrong with the tap, a plumber come round and explained what was wrong with the tap but they would not listen, instead they told me to take a picture on my phone and one of there technics would have a look and decide if we could have another tap!!!!!!! very poor company with no customer service think twice before you use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have now paid someone to fix this tap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
