I was a little worried about buying a hot tub online without seeing the product first. However, Geoff and Roz were a joy to deal with from start to finish. When the tub arrived it was even better than expected. The fitters (Chris and Adam) were attentive to every detail. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND dealing with BetterLiving Outdoors.

What a 5 star service looks like is what you will receive from Better living outdoors. We booked in June and Geoff kept us up to speed with all updates , out of their hands there were delays. Geoff even offered a refund on our deposit so if we could find elsewhere we could. Clearly we didn’t, we waited and it was so worth it. We paid the balance the before and they arrived for fitting . It was on time the next day. Darren and Rob our fitters did a ace job and left us a perfect spa. We had a couple of questions once we were up and running , and they couldn’t do enough to support us. My advice is don’t go past this review and look at other companies click on the call and give Geoff a call now ! He will give you all the advice you need , and will find the right spa for the right price for you. You will love it so go call him now !

I could not fault this company at all. From the moment I first spoke to the salesman Geoff until the lads left it was all perfect. The Hot tub is 10 out of 10 . The company is 11.

Had my spa 4 weeks, the service from start to finish was fantastic we were always kept informed of the status of our order Throughout. There was no pushy sales pitch. The delivery guys were really helpful, and Geoff is extremely knowledgeable and is always at the end of the phone for advice and tips. We would highly recommend this company.

Shrewsbury..Geoff very helpful, kept me informed of delivery date. Due to COVID this changed. Sorted all the finer details out re delivery and hiab Great guy to speak to very helpful knowledgable and supportive in setting up and getting the right range of chemicals in. Great YouTube info too. Always on end of the phone., Delivery team. Darren and Rob.. Well what can one say. My crane driver didn’t exactly play ball and do as we all thought due to him not bringing correct hiab ..he knew all dimensions, no excuse, so too large for drive and not enough length to lift tub into correct place. So it was dropped just down a tight side, where the boys then has to dismantle my guttering in order to sit tub on floor. They then worked so hard to push, drag up over step and down steps into position.,..the heavy rain then came down, whilst pool started to fill they enjoyed salmon and cucumber sandwiches coffee and cake.. my lid lifter was too big, so Darren cut it down to size. Nothing appeared to be to much trouble. Cutter replaced like it had never come off. After taking so much more time here than expected they had another 2 1/2 hour drive in atrocious weather to fit another one that night. Probably midnight before they finished. Followed by the long drive from Cornwall to Durham the next morning. What can I say. Fantastic lads all round fabulous company. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Considering this was a major purchase I did my research before choosing this company . I was really impressed with their advice on which tub to chose . We needed a crane to get the tub in and despite a lot of trees , multiple phone wires and buildings they were outstanding in how they got the tub in . The installation team we brilliant too , nothing too much trouble . I don't often write reviews unless its a brilliant or poor experience in this case brilliant . I highly recommend based on my experience .
