This lady is amazing. I’ve been twice now, once to stop drinking and once to stop smoking. Whilst Sabine manages this with ease she also spends time with you to work out the route cause/causes of the problem and addresses that/those too. I can not recommend Sabine highly enough. Saved me a fortune and probably added 20 years to my life too.

Went to see Sabine for anxiety . I was reaching a point where going to the shops was becoming very stressful, even just for a carton of milk. Found her website, and gave her a go. I was really impressed and surprised at how comfortable I felt with her, to discuss something that I was too embarrassed to mention to freinds. I can highly recommend her. Give her a go, it is truly worth it.

I write this as someone who came to my first appointment in the following condition: 1) this hocus pocus probably won't do much, if anything for me 2) I felt so grotty and hopelessly entangled with various issues that I may as well give it a try. It was my Dad who encouraged me to go the first time... Well I couldn't have been any more wrong. Sabine is a very nice friendly lady, and whatever this hypnotherapy exactly is, she is without any doubt very good at it. I have now been a total of maybe 5 or 6 times, and can say that the problems I initially presented are now thankfully a memory. Sure I have more things, that's just me, I had a list, but for those who maybe have 1 or 2 things, smoking, or whatever it may be, Sabine confidently tells me is \very easy to fix\. Going from the very complex and ingrained issues I went with, I could only attest to that. I will add that, the whole experience is an eye opener, and that you may have SOME of your preconceptions about life challenged here, in a way that is so obvious to you, that you might just begin to question more than you even thought was possible. I can highly recommend this lady, and as Sabine told me, one of her clients travels from across the country to see her, and having been on the handful of occasions over the year or so, can see why. I didn't go quite as often as was suggested, but I had so much going on I simply couldn't, but for most people, may find that a couple or 3 visits, a week or 2 apart, does the trick. Thank you, a very happy client :)
