We have recently moved into an old house with an old safe. It is probably 50-60 years old. We had the combination code but no key & it wouldn't open. We called out JP locksmiths and John attended. He was able to free the seized up lock mechanism and get the safe fully operational. He also cut us a key for another very old safe. These were two jobs that required a lot of skill.A new safe would have been our only option had we not been able to use this one. We have saved a fortune. I would definitely recommend this company for their skill, reliability and value for money. Thank you John.

Took the works transit van to get a new key n fob as the old one was worn. Sorted the new key n fob for us very good guys all is good.
Fantastic service. Very honest and efficient. Soon repaired fault with locking mechanism on VW caddy and no issues since.

Excellent all round, initial customer service was great, was given a price upfront which we were pleasantly surprised with and which was the price we paid. Came out really quickly and kept in touch to give an approximate time of arrival. Access was gained to our car with no problems, also cut an additional key for us and encoded the fob. Andy was really friendly and offered a very knowledgeable service and didn't make me feel too bad for being an idiot. I could not recommended these guys more, they are a professional and responsible service who clearly take pride in their work and value their customers.
