This proved to be a great little modern venue for carrying out our family history. The staff were very friendly and were more than willing to assist with showing us where things were and were very knowledgeable about how to use the equipment. the computers were easy to use and fast enough but the microfiche would benefit from being updated.

While on holiday in Scarborough I went on a day trip which included Beverley. This was on the 11th feb. After some shopping I sought shelter in your library as the weather was very bad. I spent some time on the computors checking e-mails and such like had a coffee and used the toilets. I must say I am very envious of the facilities you have - you are so lucky - this is a beautiful place with excellent facilities and much better than we have in Loughborough {Leicestershire} - although yours is only a small town .

Very interesting place. Cafe nice and staff helpful. Parking in the town though can be awful if visiting at weekends.
