Very pleased with my blinds downstairs, took all precautions during lockdown - measuring and coming to fit them. Unfortunately couldn’t go to visit shop to choose curtains for upstairs as it all happened in lockdown. Thank you for excellent service

Excellent service from quote to fitting. The standard of fitting on all blinds ordered was excellent.

Would highly recommend Liam and the team, we popped into the shop to look for blinds and had a specific colour in mind, Liam helped us find the colour and was happy for us to take the sample away to match up with our kitchen units. Liam came out to measure a couple of days later and we had the quote that afternoon. We are now the proud owners of motored roller blinds that link to our Alexa for hands free use.

Really fantastic service and products! They were really accommodating when taking measurements and advising what might work nicely in different rooms, and have a huge range of samples to browse through. Then, even once one of the cords broke (not their fault, I should add -- just a weakness in the chain as it was shipped), they were out within 10 minutes to fix it. Would thoroughly recommend!

I've been reluctant to leave a review for Blind Trader because after my recent experience I can't say I would recommend them to anyone. We ordered a set of blinds for every window in our new build home and had them promptly installed after we moved in, but that is where the positive aspect of our experience ends. Immediately we noticed the fitter had damaged the surrounds of all the windows by scraping the blinds across the plaster of our new walls. Additionally, he had used the wrong tool to install our French door blinds and had scratched the surrounding plastic. After a short conversation with their office, they organised a repair for the French door scratches at their cost. We had to make other arrangements to have the plaster fixed around the other windows. We also noticed that several of the French door blinds (it's a set of six) we not functioning correctly, and even though the original fitter had done such a bad job, they sent him to us again to correct and replace them rather than someone else more experienced. Sufficed to say I felt the need to watch him like a hawk to ensure he didn't damage our window frames again. This company also doesn't pro-actively contact the customer, I had to constantly email and call them. The only contact they initiated after the initial installation was to send a bill for the other half of the invoice I needed to pay. I felt that was one of the biggest insults and I'd really rather not have paid it after having such a difficult and stressful experience. In the end, with a scratch on the beading of one of the blinds remaining unresolved, I simply paid it so I wouldn't have to deal with them again.
