Good prices but paying at the tills is Chao's? Both times I've been here it's the same, staff running backwards and forwards taking ages to serve customers... They should have a customer service area for customer queries... We waited 20 minutes in a queue that was only about 4 customers deep because someone was trying to barter on a display handbag! Get this sorted and it would be a great experience shopping there

You’d expect great service at Micheal Kors, Bicester Village, but alas it wasn’t the case. We visited on a bright Sunday morning (07.10.2018) hoping to get lots of great bargains. We weren’t disappointed with the items ready to be purchased, but the service was abysmal. After choosing a lovely handbag we proceeded to the till, except no one was there. Not on one single shop assistant! It came to our knowledge that it was the people serving us behind the tills, who also had to rummage around the storeroom looking for a newly wrapped handbag. The queue was long and the people serving simply were not coping. My husband started calling out loudly asking who was in charge. Still no one came. He shouted louder - still no one - and the queue was getting longer! Eventually someone with authority appeared and explained that there wasn’t anyone in charge of the storeroom run. This baffled us, as how much would it cost for someone to do this on an extremely busy Sunday? Instead, the shop was in chaos and full of frustrated and unhappy customers. I’m delighted with my purchase, but it felt like an ordeal actually acquiring it. Come on, Michael Kors, surely you can do customer service better than this.

Staff don’t wear masks correctly!! COVID-19 hazard. When pointed out staff didn’t wanted to know or care! Past by later in the day and still not complying to regulations. Great to see staff at other stores putting restrictions in place but not at Michael kors!!
