Received fantastic service from Ed at Sundance who went out of his way to deal with my enquiry so quick and efficiently. The store is currently closed due to current lockdown restrictions however Ed was happy for us to visit his home and purchase some hot tub chemicals (adhering to social distancing rules of course). Highly recommended.

one of my worst decisions of my life to deal with this people, they quoted a price for the pool and accessories which agreed , then invoice me for much higher price in the end and simply they said sorry we maid a mistake on quotation and they acted very rude ! isn't this a day light robbery ? and that isn't stop there as they supplied a very expensive and low quality pool utilities and equipment which they went faulty with malfunctions day in day out with No support form SUNDANCE pool. please avoid them and save yourself a bid hassle.
Ed and Mark installed our pool during the summer of 2018. Excellent service and always available to offer advice. Would highly recommend.
