Highly recommended! These guys are great. They spend as long as you need to discuss whatever you have in mind about bikes. All are very passionate about bikes and will be able to give an informed opinion. My husband and I ended up buying them bikes, and we never felt they were just trying to sell something. We got to try different models and took as long as needed to see what suited us best!

Great shop. Super helpful guys that work there. Bought some cleats there, came back the next day and they helped fit it to my new shoes and gave really helpful cycling tips. Also took their smart trainer for a spin while I was there, got me considering it for some indoor training with my bike.

I took my bike in for a service under the Scotland Cycle Repair Scheme. Having had it assessed, I was quoted 525 worth of repairs (on a bike that cost less than half of that) which I simply could not afford. The shop refused to just replace the brakes for me telling me it was \all or nothing\ and leaving me with no option but to pay them 25 for the quote and collect my bike in the exact same state. Rather disappointing.

Amazing bikes, amazing service. Honestly, renting something can be quite tricky. You are either worried you will get a good product but really fussy customer service and worry all the way through about possible hidden charges or get a terrible product (as happened in other places) that barely gets you where you're supposed to. This place is truly great, easy booking, lovely staff and amazing bikes. Everyone was so impressed that we rented those bikes and there was absolutely no pressure not problems after returning them . Highly recommend it!
