Wanted to hire a Bouncy Castle for my daughters birthday and I’m so glad I used Mega Inflatables! I hired a bouncy castle for my sons 1st birthday. It got cancelled by the company the day before as there was expected strong winds. I fully understood and was told I will get my deposit back.Its now been 3 weeks of calling and emailing everyday (they stopped answering me about 5 days ago) and still no refund of my deposit. Will never use them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will definitely be taking this further.
