have to chase them to get any information, I understand there probably busy but to not very good customer service everytime I ring up they don't seem bothered about me. phoned up in excess of 5 times now and always get told \will speak to someone else and get back to you\ never get no phone call back and Never turned up today to collect my scrap tyres! very disappointed, another time I thought try them again, still no one turned up so will not be using again!
