Good gym. Staff very helpful. Old school equipment and easy to use. Good advice when doing something wrong and will always make you feel welcome.
A few years back this gym was an absolute dive but the new owners bought it back to life they got people from every age group and back ground going in there now good community gym good atmosphere they done good with it This gyms helped me thru some rough patches good place to get ya stress out
Amazing atmosphere to be around, staff are super friendly and helpful. Feels like a second home. Would highly recommend regardless if you’re experienced with weightlifting or not.
Been to a few gyms to try and lose a bit of body fat. Never really clicked with the gym not the people. I turned up to have a trial and I haven't left the owners to the customers are nice people. I recommend it to anyone
Great gym in the heart of Bilston. With great management by the owners Santino and Carlo Sellick. Got equipment for all training types and styles, so you can come and burn some fat on the cardio machines or gain some muscle in the weights room. A gym which is building for the future. Come down and have a look. All people welcome.
