Lots of choice and good booking system I would encourage those looking for a prom dress to go, but if the staff would have just wound the sales pitch and \helping\ back a little bit it would have been a better experience. Wasn't just me who thought that, our whole party and the party who was also in the shop at the same time commented on this too (quietly amongst ourselves obviously). I know it may just be enthusiasm which is great but it was overbearing at times and I don't need to know in detail all about other people's proms or how thin they are, or if they are a model or not or what colours you can or can't wear because someone else wore it or the names of customers as I won't know them anyway. I have worked in sales at many levels and not giving people space to decide amongst themselves is a fast way to turn people off. This is not me slating someone, just advise that sometimes less is more and customer experience is a real differentiator.
