Selected click and collect through the website, went to collect but was told it had been posted and was told it would arrive the next day. The next day I call and ask for tracking and am told it will arrive the following day. Too late for the job needed which is why I chose to collect to be on the safe side. Asked if anyone could bring one over or offer any good will for the errors and I was told there would be none and I just have to wait. I'm now having to get someone to collect another for me tonight so that I have it in time and then have to return this one when it arrives for a refund.

Absolutely brilliant from order to delivery. There website is very simple to navigate and order from. The cheapest flue pipe i found and the quality is the best so its win win and win!. Furthermore very helpful on phone. I belive its a family business and or a small independent......love it when they can take on the big boys
