This is my local Health Store, this was the first and last time I will visit this shop. I went in specifically to ask if they had a range of essential oils, I was greeted by a helpful women and she replied yes we have a selection of essential oils ,she went into what they had and I was pleased that they also had essential oils test bottles, so I could smell what I was buying, the one I was interested in was the sandalwood essential oil, I could not find that test bottle to smell, the shop keeper then said we don't have the sandalwood test bottle as it has been stolen, I ask her to repeat this because I was a bit surprised at first, any ways I said i'm sorry but if I can't smell the product then I will not buy it. What astonished me was why have they not replaced this item. I mean it only cost 7.00 but no she just let me go and never offered to open the bottle, even if I choose not to buy it she would have had a test bottle for the next customer to sample. Shame I will not be buying from my local shop. I will buy online now.
