So I had a system fitted here and was very happy with the end result on day one , day two it started to lift so I called and asked for help , an email was sent and that’s that so I followed there instructions and yes it worked out for me , my system started to go blonde within 8-10 days after me following there advise so I booked a appointment ( at my own cost to have more colour put it ) I left and contacted tcp to put my point across and just so you know I didn’t mention the salon as I was happy and thought I just had a rogue system and it wasn’t there fault , the lady runs the place ( west 32) quite bossy and can’t handle criticism well , not that I gave her any as I said I just noticed how she dealt with people once they had left ect anyway so tcp offered to find a few things out for me and for me to book in and be assessed ect , west 32 said I wasn’t welcome back as I wasn’t able to communicate properly so I showed tcp all my texts and emails and proved I was happy and polite ect so I was upset as most people would be , here is me with a problem I would like help and they shut the door on me , so tcp sent me to another salon in Manchester , wow what a fabulous place had a new system fitted and one week on it has stayed firm and they have 24/7 aftercare and portals so offer support ect I should also mention you have your own private room so your not on display as most men would admit it’s a private and delicate situation so this is my honest review and as I said I was upset and confused at first but they actually did me a favour plus it’s a man who has a system who looks after you in Manchester so you know he knows his stuff as I said previously just a honest review and in my own words as to what happened with me at this place Cheers Neil
