Excellent prices for the electrical appliances on sale. Bought my Cooker from here, great customer service and very good delivery targets. (Unfortunately they sold me a cooker without a very important part, which obviously had to be ordered meaning i had no way of using oven for a week)..

Man who answers the phone has no idea what hes talking about ,he asks you to wait then cuts the phone off TWICE ! they inform you of the time they will be coming and then just dont show up! You pretty much have to do the chasing here and the mobile number they give u they just dont reply. Best finding somewhere else!

Considering the experience would not be recommending. Was told they would turn up at the given time, and did not. Tried to call and text, 5 hours later someone came after we reminded them. Nothing wrong with the actual job but in terms of customer experience it wasn't great. Wouldn't have had a problem if there was an issue with illness/employee absence but communication with the customer is important. Doesn't make a good impression nor professionalism if you are given an appointment and hours later theres no response. At one point they actually forgot who we are!

The products are all of branded equipment and had a great selection of white goods. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . The prices are all reasonable and not overpriced backed by a parts and labour gurantee.

Great service mashallah, very polite and lovely people to deal with, due to Ramadan I can understand they are very busy trying to provide there services to other clients but as promised they did everything that was required of them very very pleased alhamdulillah. Most definitely will recommend to all mashallah.
