We used this tuition centre for our daughter to prepare for her 11 exams and had a really positive experience. We liked the fact that there were small class sizes of 5-6 children which allowed the tutor to focus his attention on each child individually, in particular their strengths and weaknesses, as well as building up a good rapport with ourselves and our child. One of the main differences we found with A Tuition (compared to some larger well known centres) was that the tutor actually took the time to get to know our child from the outset, for example by asking us questions about her SATS results and school reports- we didn’t get this from any of the other centres we enquired at, they only told us the class times and cost. Thanks to the tutor’s support and guidance our daughter passed the 11 and secured a place in our preferred grammar school.

My son did very well in his 11 Exam considering he only had a short time to prepare. An assessment was carried to see his capability before they took him on. Faraz (tutor) was very honest throughout his tutoring of my son, and even prepared me for the possibility that my son may not pass. However he did, and that was all down to the hard work Faraz put into ensuring the time my son spent at tuition and home was utilised to maximum capability. During my sons time at the centre, feedback and progress was given regularly and my son was always happy to attend the tuition classes, always telling me how happy he was with the way Faraz tutored him. My son felt very comfortable with asking Faraz for help if he was struggling and Faraz was very patient in teaching and ensuring that my son understood the task at hand. I will definitely recommend this tuition centre to other parents, they are very honest and do not teach children as a business, rather they strive and push kids to achieve optimal results by creating a positive learning environment catered for the child’s individual needs. I definitely will be returning to A Plus in the near future for further tuition classes when my son needs it. Thank you for all your hard work A-Plus.
