Ordered an air con unit with next day delivery. Didn't recieve a dispatch notice so I called the following day only to find out it was out of stock, despite the website saying otherwise when I ordered. I was offered an apology and a refurbished unit at a reduced rate, but neither were what I required. Refund was in my account within 3 days.
Ordered two portable air con units - the second was out of stock & communication was excellent. We were offered an alternative (and more expensive unit) but we were happy to wait (only one day to get replacement stock in) Really good company & service!
