Very friendly and helpful staff who are doing the best they can with covid restrictions at the moment and in our case handling the Saturday boats handovers in torrential rain. Positive start to our week's boating, just wish they could sort the weather.

Booking in for our narrow boat went smoothly. Staff were friendly and professional. The engineer was very helpful. We had to go back for a meeting and they let us leave the boat there and pick it back up in the night.
