Amberley Court is a fantastic home provide first class high quality care and service. The manager is brilliant and has made really good improvements and changes to the home to give service users the best possible experience and excellent person centured care. The staff are so friendly and a great caring team who provide quality care and making service users feel that they are at home. The home is so nice and there is always plenty to do for service users with loads of choice. Amberley Court is a fantastic home and service users are so happy here. The team is great and excellent service gets provided.

Awful place. My husband had respite there 12 months ago. Came home with horrendous blisters on his heels which after complaining they said he'd been sent in with despite a report saying a skin check had not been done until he'd been there 48 hours. And our district nurses had checked him over the day before he went in.

AVOID AVOID at all cost happy to take your money residents treated like cardboard boxes rather than human beings staff are lazy and come to socialize and gossip. Whilst management are just payed to make paperwork look good no people skills an is all about saving money Food is absolutely 1star chief seems to cook the same nearly everyday an she lashes out if quizzed what ever is easy for her no options for vegetarians or halal apart from mash an chips an ohh halal frozen sausages. Some staff are very good at their job rolls but never appreciated an either left or been wrongfully sacked because of speaking out management are bullies in 2 yrs I’ve seen so many management come and go.
