I bought a leather back pack for my wife for our anniversary. It failed to turn up despite having notification that it had been collected by courier. Contacted courier who then asked me to contact Assots who then had to contact them to start investigation. Had an email back almost from them almost straight saying they had started investigation. Numerous times I was given updates on progress. Then was told it was on it's way and turned up that morning. The wife is over the moon with quality and I can honestly say the service I recieved with regards to my problem was top class. So thanks to Az for sorting it so promptly.

Their collection is really nice and reasonable. I ordered the Baker backpack for my laptop and it fits perfectly. The order arrived the very next day. All in all I will definitely buy from these guys again.
Great quality leather products and very good customer service!
First of all I was having difficulties placing an order so I emailed the company and within minutes had a reply saying to call and they would talk me through the process. As it happens I didn't need to do that as I had managed to place the order by then but thought what good customer service. I ordered a ladies black Arden leather satchel which was reduced to 16.99. Honestly I was wondering what I would be getting for that kind of money but when it arrived I really was surprised, it was just like the picture, soft looking shiny leather. The finishing was fab too, perfect and I was a very happy customer. Delivery was very speedy as I received it the very next day and more good news, the post & package was free!! Obviously, I have only bought the one item so far but from the customer service seen and the item received I will be ordering from this company again.
