The experience was okay ? Was called to collect my car at 1:20pm went to the dealership at 3pm firstly i was handed the wrong keys. We got around that got the correct car key. Went outside and my car wasnt even there. Went back inside the lady located my car but it wasnt even washed. She washed it again and 4pm i was out on my way however the car was still dirty

The service quote is costly compared to other dealers I've used. Asked for a call back didn't get one. Did get sorted for my initial service. On the upside, Tyrese Romain was great and Andrew Roberts gave me a good exhaustive video brief of the car. The car was well cleaned and immaculate.
