Lost windscreen wiper on way home from work. It was pouring with rain and I was due to visit my newborn granddaughter in The special care baby unit in Warwick hospital miles away. Not only did they have the part but also fitted it for me in the pouring rain which they don’t normally do. He wouldn’t even take the tenner I offered for his trouble. I can’t thank them enough. So kind. Thank you.
