Virgin station staff aren't the nicest but the Virgin staff onboard trains are SO AMAZING. The station is easy to find trains and there is constant Virgin trains to Birmingham or London, or the stopper trains. You have to get a pod to the actual airport and it's not like Heathrow, you have to share the pods.

Easy access to birmingham international Airport. fastest way to reach London is by Virgin Train.
Staff could be great for own service but with other operators terrible. Advices by own operator to travel early due to flooding, staff at station where like they are not us so can not say. Joined up thinking would be great.
I was travelled with son. We need tickets to oxford. Lady with mobile terminal charges me 58 . After all I was wondering that I should pay 40. Awful. Not recommended.
So called first class lounge providing paper cups! No, paper cups is most certainly not first class. Although, for Virgin, it is probably the best they can do!
