I can not praise this company or Monica enough! I’ve had several reptiles from here and all have arrived in fantastic condition, very well cared for and loved by the staff. I go here now for all my reptiles and won’t go anywhere else. Monica really takes the time to make sure you get the time and is always happy to help and answer any questions. She’s very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Very fair prices across the whole store. I can honestly not fault the company or staff at all. Will be back in a month or two for another snake for our collection. Thank you all so much! Stacey & Wayne (Newport).

Very pleased with the service I received, the guy in the shop (sorry didn't quite catch his name) was very informative and helpful, we went to purchase a bearded dragon and he asked lots of questions about my setup so obviously cares about where the animals are going he also gave me advice on lights as I didn't have quite the right light and helped me purchase everything I needed, the animals all looked very clean, happy healthy was a really nice shop will definitely be visiting again.. We now have a beautiful bearded dragon called sonny.
Best pet shop I’ve been too ! Came today for a gecko for my daughter , we had a little knowledge as she already owns a bearded dragon . Lovely girl helped us out , pricing was really fair as well ! All animals were really really well cared for , plenty of space , clean tanks and fresh food ! Will definitely be returning for any other animals in the future! Staff were really nice and even offered to carry the tank to the car for us Would really really recommend! Our new crested gecko has settled in really well ! Thank you so much
