Came here to have an emergency root canal done as I was in immense pain with a tooth. I was very nervous but even from the point of speaking to the receptionist on the phone and through the whole appointment , I was made to feel completely relaxed and at ease. My options were made clear to me and X-rays, treatment plans and payment were discussed in depth so it was easy to understand. It was probably the most relaxed I have been having an injection and the dentists beach story I think did the trick :) I didn’t feel a nuisance or made to feel bad about how my tooth got to the point it was. My fear of dentists may have just evaporated. Thank you so much.

Every visit to this practice is always carried out in a professional manner. Now that we are dealing with covid 19 the practice always feel safe with the measures they have in place.

Always a pleasure to come for a treatment despite the very long journey. My husband and I are both loyal customers and love Leannda, the best hygienist there is. Dr. Jim and Dr. Ubi are great. Our gums are now on safe hands and no longer painful or bleeding. Keep up the good work BPI Team! ️
So, the dentist is not everyone’s favourite place to visit, however I never dread my appointments, at least, not anymore! The care and reassurance that I have received from this dental practice is second to none, special thanks go to Dr Jim Duffy and Greig Wilson for reversing a problem that was causing me great anxiety. Their personal attention is very appreciated and I would recommend anyone who may be slightly shy of the dentist to make an appointment. The whole practice is welcoming from the minute you walk though the door!
I have received excellent care having had an implant. Each step was explained thoroughly and having now reached the end of the treatment, I'm really happy with the result & would definitely recommend them.
