Professional and friendly service. Very knowledgable young man came to assess the washing machine the same day I phoned. He explained exactly what was wrong and what was needed to repair it, he gave me a quote there and then and came back three days later to repair it. Kept me fully informed throughout arranging times and dates to suit. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Quick response, brilliant service. Fixed my Bosch washing machine which kept on getting various error messages and which I thought was done for within 3 hours. Would highly recommend. Very friendly too and reasonably priced. Worth every penny.
John replaced the rubber seal around the washing machine door, he also gave some useful advice about how to keep the washing machine 100% efficient. We would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend him...if we need any more appliance repairs we will definitely call him before consider to buy a new one.
We had a great experience with Johnny from DARS. He was professional and made us feel safe wearing a face mask and stayed socially distanced. He charges really good prices and fixed our appliances brilliantly. We've not had a problem since and I'd definitely repair instead of replace in the future

What I appreciate most of “DARS” is the prompt response to a call out and fast excellent workmanship delivered! Someone reliable and trustworthy I highly recommend. I have always found him very professional, kind and courteous. I am very happy with the services provided over the years I have needed his help - which included installing my washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker - oven; security lights - later repairing them as well as my vacuum cleaner, lights - switches, sockets.
We needed an emergency dishwasher repair as our dishwasher decided to develop a fault the day before we sold our house! John came round in the evening to review the fault & arranged for a new part before fitting this for our buyers. Cannot fault any aspect of his service- John was really brilliant.
