Initially I had a lot of issues attempting to cancel the subscription. However, I left a poor review and someone must have seen because I received a call and had the subscription canceled and refunded to the original date I attempted to cancel. It was quick easy and I have raised it to 4 stars just because it shouldn’t have taken 9 months and a poor review to do.

Signed up for the trial a few months back and never had an issue till today. I called support and they were able help me out, Turned out was my side with a misdial on the destination number I was faxing. The customer service team are excellent and second to none, the person I spoke to today was amazing and an asset to the business.
Been a great service for the past few years with fax to email, but sadly the time came for us to cancel the service today due to receiving averagely 1 fax per month and being an unnecessary cost. I wouldn't hesitate in dealing with eFax again should we require the service. Regarding the 1 star review from Lee Herrick - he must have either had a very unfortunate experience or is possibly too impatient. I called their phone line today and got straight through to a member of staff who had no problem in cancelling the service. It was very swift and Eleonora was very polite and professional. Thank you Eleonora and eFax for your years of good service.

Our organisation has been using this eFax service for a few years now which has been working very well. The customer service team are excellent, they have been very helpful in explaining our usage and how we can benefit from upgrading to a better package that will cost us less instead of trying to sell us more than we need. Very good customer service received today from John, he spent almost half an hour on a call today explaining the last 12 months usage and analysing how much we send and receive each month. Their email support is also very prompt. I would definitely recommend them.
Prompt,helpful and easy to understand responses to queries leading to successful resolution of issues experienced with the service which had been caused by a user not using the correct domain for European fax transmissions.
Always great service for the many years we had with MyFax. But had to cancel the service due to not needing to fax anymore. I highly recommend MyFax!
