E.on are thives.they are robbing customers with late payment in this covid 19.people are out of jobs and still they are charging late payment.tried to phone them up but lines are bussy every day waiting for hours.when got through asked why late payment they said it's my fault.avoid

Do not use customer service, waiting over 1hour, who argue with you and put phone down, extortion prices
Edit; 7 months and didn't get a smart meter, first they thought I had one even though they were asking for manual readings every few months. Then they said they would wait till a govement scheme came in that allowed sharing of smart meter data... If price comparison sites show them as cheapest then sure BUT when you leave then they call multiple times for 2 seconds then hang up from a number you cant call back. Calls were about trying to make me stay but they had no interest about talking about price haha.
This company its waste of time I never recommend any one to join this company has gas and electric The always waste your time on the phone Customer service not helpful And also the customer service not trained properly
