WHY SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE?! FANTASTIC!! Firstly, big shoutout to Sue who was an absolute treasure during my experience at Bicknells (she needs a pay rise) After some horrendous service from another Jeweller in the quarter... not naming any names (design centre) ... Bicknells was an oasis of hope in a desert of poor service, lies and despair. Clean, customer-focused and caring. We left today with exactly what we needed.. at a good price! Thank you!! you have restored our faith in the Jewellery Quarter.

I designed a unique engagement ring with Bicknells and then went back with my fiancee to design a matching wedding band. From start to finish the team were fantastic - nothing was too much effort and we had several meeting to tweak and adjust things until we were absolutely happy with the designs.
