January and February 2021. Bought some trellis from this company and there were a few problems and my complaint was sorted out in hours. So nice to buy things from a company with great customer care service, I have bought from this site many times and definitely will continue. Waited 4 months for a shed with numerous delays. The last one being \we don't know when the materials will be in stock and can't give you a date\. Gave me 25 as a nice gesture and then took that 25 back! when I asked for a refund, purely due to them not having a clue when they could get the shed delivered.

Item took 8 days to arrive from when it was despatched (2nd Class Royal Mail) but it was worth the wait because I can't get this item anywhere else. Would use GardenSite again.
