Love, love, love this company! They are always able to source what I need quickly and are good value for money. The staff are lovely, always a pleasure to deal with . I've dealt with them for around 6 years now, never been disappointed. I would heartily recommend them for any disability/mobility equipment you need.

I had a stairlift fitted in July as it was a curved one I had to have a new one made, the time from measuring up to being ready to fit was an impressive two weeks so there was plenty of time to fit it before my Mother left hospital. The fitter Martin (if my memory has not let me down),arrived exactly when arranged and got to work fitting it,(I was surprised he was by himself as it looked like a two man job), he managed fine by himself and within a few hours it was fitted and ready to test, he did the test run and after a few tweaks was happy with it. He was a very clean worker and cleared up well even after I told him my cleaner was due and would sort any mess out. I asked Dave the boss about taking a service plan as both my neighbours took them out when another well known company fitted theirs but he explained the equipment was covered for two years and as long as we have a regular service it will be a lot cheaper than paying a monthly plan, which i thought was very fair of him as it would have been easy to just take the money and bank it,

Alex arrived on time (09:40 - Thursday 26th Nov 2020) and wore a face covering and adhered to all other aspects/regulations regarding Cov-19 restrictions. He introduced himself and established that the mobility device was for my mother and began work immediately. He worked quietly and effectively and within the timescale expected. At about 12:45, he called my mother and I to demonstrate the newly installed equipment, ensuring that we were clear how to operate the device. He went through the invoice and left all the other relevant information about our new product and we feel very pleased with our latest investment in making Mum's life much more comfortable. We would certainly recommend Alex (and the company) to others who are considering mobility assisted equipment.
