I needed a survey done on my house and I contacted IDA, they came out the following day. Mr Sehdeva explained what the problem was, its causes and its remedy. A few days later I received a comprehensive report. I have phoned and spoken with Mr Sehdeva on several occasions and I can honestly say that he has been friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

When the engineer came out he also helped us with many other quieres we had about the works and we ended up using the company for an extension. They have been nothing but professional from the start, i would like to thank the whole team for their efforts and the short time frame they accomplished everything. Cannot recommend enough! 10/10

Worst people you will ever come across. They are only after money. They look professional only till they take your money. Once you have paid upfront costs they turn to forget about your job. Very unprofessional unorganised. Will never recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else
