I contacted MA Polishing initially by email and received a very prompt reply from George that set the tone for my experience with them. Although mine was a small order, but time sensitive, throughout the whole experience their level of customer service was fantastic and their advise and attention to detail enabled us to work together to ensure an excellent finish in quick time. All the people I interacted with were highly professional and clearly offering a great service runs through the whole team but I would offer special praise to George Beach who was outstanding and a credit to the business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business and will use them again should the need arise.

What MA Polishing do is magic. Literal magic. Look at the photos I have attached to this review. In 33 years, I have only ever known the door knocker to be the dull, tarnished brown. I sent it to these guys and the results astounded me. I never thought the end result would look as good as it does. It took me a good couple of hours to get over the quality of the work MA Polishing have done and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. After I installed it back on the door it came from, I kept going back outside just to look at it. Not only can they polish, but their customer service is impeccable (George in their sales team was my contact). They were quick with replies when I asked for a quote and I was kept updated when my item was to be shipped back to me. Speaking of the quote, I thought it was very reasonable and now I know what the end results can look like, I'd have been happy to pay more! I think the best compliment I can give them is that I wish I had more stuff for them to polish. You can guarantee if I do (or know anyone that does), I will be sending them straight to MA Polishing.
Highly recommended and great customer Service provided by George and Paul. Sorted my bike bars and brake levers which I didn’t think would polish to the level they did, proud to have them on my build. Very happy with the results and the price, thank you guys.
Excellent in every way the staff were friendly and helpful.the quality of work was excellent.i had two brass wall lights that were tarnished was going to buy new ones.then I came upon MA Polishing didn't think they would re-polish small items.the staff were very helpful and assured me they would be able to do them.when I collected them I was amazed the light fittings we like new the craftsmanship was excellent.if you need to restore any metal item to it's original concept take them to MA Polishing you will be amazed at the quality of workmanship.
